On another tack, I think I ought to tell you that taking robitussin along with asthma medicine in dangerous. The robitussin will loosen the fluids in you lungs, but the asthma stuff tends to inhibit coughing. It could make an attack worse than if you had just left it alone. Just a friendly warning, I suffer from asthma too, and used to take lots of robitussin, till my doctor told me to stop. I'm on Serevent and Flovent now.

And you call yourself a super villian?? I knew there was good in you some where! Your not my Mother are you?

As for you Slarti! What can I say? You rock. Please don't get a life, we would all miss you!

Thanks, Spatch. Ya know, my doctor is the one who told me to take the Robitussin. I've taken it for years with no problems and I've had asthma all my life. I think I might ask Dr. Know-it-all about that now....

Hehehe....Fasheem, I write drunkenness from experience. Lots, Unfortunately. That one paragraph was just my half-assed attempt at being poetic.

Don't worry guys, I have no intention of getting a life anytime soon.

Huh? This doesn't make any sense to the MIt. Your saying that it is bad to get drunk lots? It seems like this Doctor of yours has been telling you all sorts of lies!!!

    Wink

Well, I'm only doing that because I like Slarti's stories so much, if she keels over from an asthma attack I'll be really pissed. So for the sake of world peace, Slarti, you better take care of yourself. Capice?!
Anyway, you need to take something that stops the spasms and theres not really anything off the shelf which does that. You ought to ask your doctor about medicines like Serevent and Flovent, and if he/she doesn't know about them get a new doctor. Only problem with them is they are expensive, but they work wonders.

Wow! I felt like I was actually there! And speaking as someone who has never been drunk, they sure seemed drunk to me...

quote:
The morning sun slowly spread its light across the mansion. Tendrils of the day nudged through curtains and streamed through the open corridors. Henry McCoy bounced down the carpeted hall to the professor's office in his typical buoyant manner. He noted the slightly-ajar door as he approached but failed to note the way dawn, in her rosy-fingered glory, seemed to avoid illuminating the room and indeed slunk away from it in amazed disgust.

I love this paragraph. smile Very descriptive.
